TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All teams will be required to fill out and sign a “Player Agreement & Code Of Conduct Form” upon entering a team in a competition at Joondalup Indoor Beach Volleyball.

 

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY 

Members and visitors to this building and its surrounds enter solely at their own risk and assume full risk and responsibility for their own safety and property. Except to the extent otherwise permitted by law the Company will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, loss, damage, cost, expense, charge or liability of whatsoever nature, sustained, suffered or incurred by such members and visitors howsoever caused and whether by the negligence or otherwise of any person acting with or without the authority of the Company. 

The Company in this condition, trading as Joondalup Indoor Beach Volleyball, shall be deemed to mean Millennium Sports Pty Ltd and its successors and assigns and their officers, employees, agents and contractors.
